The mere promotion of space upon the platform is free. We want to make deals with companies or office workers that value their own office work places. If visitors from our platform become renters, we want to share this success with the provider and we subtract a small fee. Locations get new perspectives and this why owners or renters of real estate love to work with us.

We adress a new demand for fractional renting and are aiming to provide small decentralized units. The basis are time slots per weekday per desk or room. Just a small group of people per unit share one space in a mid- to long term way. Locations are used constantly this way without mixing of groups.

Considering the new normal in a post pandemic era the globalized world needs to be reflected in the local. Enterprises need to make new offers to their staff and local providers of spaces may benefit if they want.

eKeys are not widespread all over the place yet. In case you do not have something like that in place we may connect you to the right providers to upgrade the access solution. If you want to keep old fashioned keys we recommend tracking systems and a best in class electronic registration system. Retrofitting is solving problems that way like unreturned or lost keys or multiple authorization.
